The data you provide through the contact form or by phone, email or WhatsApp: name, phone number, email, location and the description of your project.

3. What we use it for

To answer your enquiry, visit the property, prepare the quote and, if you accept it, manage the contract. We do not send you advertising without your consent and we do not make automated decisions.

4. Legal basis

Your consent when submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

5. How long we keep it

While your enquiry is handled and, if no contract is signed, for a maximum of one year. If there is a contract, for the periods required by law (tax, commercial and building guarantee obligations).

6. Who it is shared with

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Providers of technical services (web hosting and email) may access it, under the data processing agreements required by law.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@uproject.es with a copy of your ID. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
